Urgent Need Help

Thank you for your time reading my post. I need help in following questions:

1) I am filling TRV Application Form and I am confused in filling the End date of my current employment. It asks me MM/YYYY
From: 2014 / 05
To: ????

What should I write the end date here. I am currently employed in a company.


2) Is there a specific Travel History form that I must fill OR a MS word document mentioning all the dates of travel would be sufficient ?

3) Please confirm whether I am filling the right forms for my Temporary Resident Visa / Visit Visa.
IMM 5484 Document Checklist.
• IMM 5257 Application for Temporary Resident Visa.
• IMM 5645 Family Information Form
• IMM 5257 Schedule 1 Form

1. You can write the current date 2017-05 and it implies the present job, or others have also suggested it's possible to leave it blank.

3. Can't answer because the requirements are specific per country, so you'll have to verify on the CIC website yourself.
