Urgent need help

I am new to this forum. I have been a silent reader for long time but today I have to break my silence due to an urgent issue. I applied on nov 12, noc 1212 and got a per on feb 4, 2015
From ndvo. My slu on April 20. However I just realized that I forgot to mention about my canada visitor visa and student visa refusal in 2008 and 2009. But I renewed my passport after that and therefore this mistake occurred. How can I fix this problem? Will it be considered as mispresentation?
My consultant who is in canada told me strictly not to do anything now as it may lead to refusal and a ban for 2 years. What should I do? Really stressed.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

1. Your consultant is an Ass.
2. As CIC refused you twice they have a record of it. You lied on the application form and that is misrepresentation and results in a 5 year ban, not 2.
3. You better inform the Visa office of your "oversight" and hope they are lenient

Thank you for replying. Just to clarify I didn't lie in my application. It was an honest mistake. I had renewed my passport and I thought only application for the current passport needs to be mentioned. It was a misunderstanding. And yes off course my consultant is an ASS. He filled up my form and didn't evrn care to ask me if I had applied earlier.

1. Except that you "signed" the form that all the information was true. CIC won't punish the Consultant, only you.
