Urgent need help regarding usa visa cancel

I had 1year USA business visa on 2010.unfortunately I entered in USA middle of my event.so they not allow me .And I cannot convince them.so they cancel my visa and send me back.till now I not travel any country.i am employee.ITR payee.so can I apply for Canada visa with my wife.and I have to declare them USA visa cancel or not.its nearly 7 years.so they hold all USA details.because in this form some people not mention there usa refusal to Canada ambassy.but they knew that.how it's possible.plz help
