Urgent: Need help on SPP Visa Application

Hello Everyone,

I'm working in Qatar and I want to apply for SPP category visa. My question is, if I want to make a paper based application, can I do it in Qatar? Or I will have to go to India and apply from there?

I believe the application can be submitted in Canadian Embassy in Qatar. Is it true?

You can apply from Qatar. However, please bear in mind that you have to prove ties to your home country.
