URGENT! NEED HELP! International Student with a Job Offer! Pre Screen Approval!

Hey to everybody! Just a bit of my story:

My employer applied Pre Screen Application in April 2015
We got approval of our Pre Screen in November 4, 2016 ( yeah I am not joking it`s been 1 year and 6 months almost. He got an e-mail that it is approved)
My question is When will we receive the original Pre Screen Approval Letter by mail , because I need Original to send to OINP?

YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO RECEIVE IT BY NOW. WAIT UNTIL NEXT WEEK AND IF YOU DONT RECEIVE IT ASK YOUR EMPLOYER TO CALL THEM.
