Urgent!! Need expert advice.

MY brother is PR here in Canada. He is married.I also live with my brother, I am on Post graduate work permit and works with an IT company. He applied TRV for both our parents. first 2 times they refused it for both my Mom and Dad. But 3rd time my Mom's visa got approved but they again refused it for my Dad. So now we are planning to apply for Super visa for dad this time. Please advice, does number of refusals affect on super visa as well. and is it possible to apply super visa for only one parent. and how much income he need to show .

PS: Although I live with my brother and sister-in-law but I am not dependent on them.

Refusals should not affect super visa. Check what are the reasons for previous refusals. Address them. I know a friend whose father got his super visa on the 4th attempt after all the issues were fixed. Go exactly by the guide lines.

purpose of visit (Nothing else)
How should I address this ?

Purpose of visit could be- visiting the family; meeting the grandchildren; attending some important religous ceremony etc

Can someone please tell me how much income should my brother show for my father's super visa. he is married and has no kid, also my mother got a visitor visa. will it affect income threshold..

Year 2016- income for 4 people: $45,206 /year for past 3 years

Thank you so much, I really appreciate.

But my brother is applying super visa ONLY FOR FATHER ( mother already has her visitor visa and she might be not coming with my father as of now).

Also, according to his 2014 T4 and NOA his income was alround $42000. but this year his income is around $50,000. but he does not have his T4 and NOA for 2015 yet. But he can prove it by showing his job letter and pay stubs for whole last year + rental income ( by showing all receipts he use to give his tenants).

Please suggest ( if there is another way of proving his income for 2015 without having his T4 and NOA for 2015)
