Urgent : Need assistance for ECA query

Hello everyone hope everybody is doing well !!
I had an inquiry for ECA . can anyone guide me..

Here is my query :
I have done B.Tech - Computer Science (4 years ) full time and Post Graduate Diploma in Banking (PGDB) from Manipal University ( 1 year)

Sent both the transcripts to WES and after 2 months got ECA report . Below is details:

Canadian Equivalency Summary : Bachelor's Degree (four years)

Credential Analysis

1. Bachelor's degree(4 years)

2. Credential Authentication :

Credential : Post Graduate Diploma in Banking
Year : 2009
Awarded by : Manipal University
Institution Status: Recognized
Major/Specialisation : Banking

Canadian Equivalency: Completion of a second undergraduate major

Remarks : The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential.

I want to ask whether my Post graduate diploma of one year is considered or not and will i not get any benefit for having one degree and diploma in express entry.

And who gives me ECA for PGDB as a diploma equivalency to Canada.

I request all the experts advice so that i can increase my points in EE profile

PGDB is never equivalent to any foreign institution degree. Specially in US/Canada. I would recommend you to fetch more and more points in IELTS (Mostly in listening).

Also depends on lot of combinations- Whether you are married or not, if you are married, then you can have your spouse take IELTS and get his/her education evaluation done. That will give you some extra points.

Just my 2 cents. I am not an immigration expert, but these are the ways to get more points.
