URGENT - NEED ADVICE FOR SCHEDULE A

I am currently filling up my husbands Schedule A since he doesnt have a computer at the moment, but I have 2 questions:
1: when i visited my husband in the Philippines for the FIRST TIME in 2014, we stayed together at a house his mom had rented out for us. None of us can remember the house number. We know the street name though. Is that an issue? We only stayed there for 18 days out of the 21 days i was there. In the questionerre i listed this house as where i had stayed, but again, i didnt list the house number. All i wrote was "street name, city, philippines". Every other address in his Schedule A is complete, especially his current address. I dont know what to write for this incomplete address on the Schedule A.

2: Once i have a validated version of my Husband's Schedule A on my computer,
Am I able to upload to his account myself? Or do i have to email it to him so he can upload it?

You can upload it and a house number should not make a big difference

Im pretty sure they dont want vacation address. They want address where they lived... resided. 18 days is a vacation... i didnt include my husbands visits to canada. Thats not what they want

Put it in without house number we did ours with just the city and province and it was excepted
