Actually, my ISP has marked all suspicious non-copyright download as prohibited.

On the same note, can you also cite some resources which would help in improving writing skills or like where I can get a critique for it.

Which country are you in where the ISP has put these many blocks? There are a couple of IELTS Forums where you can post your writing and they give feedback as well. Alternately I will be more than happy to review as well. Please note I am no expert but I have scored a decent score of 7.5 in general and academic in the past. So can help you with all that I know.
