Urgent !!!! multi page employer letter

Urgent, I will ask my manager to sign soon. I still have below question.

I have 2 pages for the employer letter, should both titled with company letter head ? or just the first page ???

should I print on 2 pages, or just in page with both sides .

2 pages? That's pretty long

Anyhow, to be on the safer side, ask your manager to sign at the last page above his printed name. Also ask him to sign at the bottom of the first page for authenticity. Print on two pages.

ok, ...just called CIC too, she said ok, first page with letter head , print on two or one page is ok.
