**URGENT** Missed the mail for me to pay Biometrics fees for PGWP application

Hey guys,

I applied for PGWP its been 4 months, i got a mail in Feb for me to pay Biometrics directly to email and some how I missed that mail. My study permit expired and they havent given a decisioj yet on the application.
Will i get my application denied because i didnt pay and do biometrics.
Can i apply for PGWP again, while the current application is still in process.
Please help me with this

Try sending a ircc web form, since all biometrics are suspended due to covid maybe you can still pay, have you tried paying? No decision will be made while biometrics are not possible to do.
You should not make another application, if it is rejected you would need to do a restoration to student and PGWP (If you are still within 180 days of graduating)

They also reopened the phone lines today so you can call them.

Thanks, my 180 th day is on june 7 ...due to this present situation i am afraid they wont give decision until then..thats y i asked if i can make other application. Can i cancel the current application?? My plan is to wait till end of may for a decision. If i get rejected i could re apply..if there is no decision ten i can cancel and reapply in fist week of june so i will be in 180 days of graduating

Should we do restoration of status when we apply for PGWP outside canada but within 180 days of time limit with a valid permit ? , but outside of 90 days period without restoration and valid study permit?
