URGENT !Medical category TYPE

ASIVA and other seniors please help !!!!

I will be submitting our PR application tomorrow. I have a question with the medical type !!!
I did my medical in July 2015 and mine says :
IME: EDE / Upfront medical type: Family- EDE

My wife did her medicals this morning and hers say :
IME: non EDE / Upfront medical type: Worker

Is this going to be a problem ? I have no idea why CIC makes this S*** so complicated... why cant they keep it simple ? I saw from other posts they were rejecting some apps based on this info ? Is that true ?

Please help so i can go ahead and submit my application accordingly.

Worker non EDE for both is what I did.

ok. But it doesnt help answer my question if it matters that ours isnt the same...
and when i last submitted my application and uploaded my Medicals in July, it showed a "passed" status next to it before my application was rejected due to other reasons.....

and now my wife had to get it done, so her's says Non EDE , worker ! mine says EDE , family EDE !!

I am now researching just what the heck this ED is and it is "excessive demand" on Canada's health services.. so whats the difference between EDE which is "Excessive demand exempt" and non EDE ?????? gosh ! you know what i am not going to worry too much about it.. not to mention the chinese doctors/nurses that enter things over have no clue... so i guess ill just upload and see what they say ...

we dont choose these categories anyway,,, we just enter the information in a form and the hospital chooses these categories... so we have no say in it anyway !

For economic immigration, it's always non-EDE. However, the error should be picked up by the visa office. It doesn't affect the tests as far as I am aware, only which results are important to the application.
