Urgent matter...please advice seniors...!!!

Hi All,

I am FSW2 Oct, 2011 applicant and my file is in Ottawa. I am unemployed since Jan 2012. Today, I got updated documents request from Ottawa and they asked for updated letter of employment. As I am no longer working anywhere, will they accept this or they can reject my case? At the time when I applied for my PR, I got a job offer for permanent employment but for some reason I had to quit job after 18 months. I dont know what to do. Please help guys.

Yes, I am in Canada at this moment and I was having LMO for the employer which I left. After that, I got new employer but my LMO got rejected under that company, so I am unemployed right now.

This time only one thing can work you that is personnel request the last employer for employment letter for submission ........and i am sure when you left the job you did not inform the visa office .......and now your whole application based on that LMO which company you have been left so above suggestion of personal request may work for you.......

Then what about my current status? Even if i manage to get the letter that i was employed with him on permanent basis and then I quit the job, then it would be fine?

Actually until the completion of the case you must be with the same employer whose LMO you have ......and if you switch job again you have to get LMO from that employer ......so here such a situation is not ...you have to show that you are working with the same employer whose LMO you submitted .......

Since you can't provide an updated letter of employment, your application is going to be refused. You qualified based on having a job in Canada. You no longer have a job. So this means you no longer qualify to immigrate through this application stream.

Thanks for your reply scylla...I got one employer last year and unfortunately i got rejection twice. So, i was not authorised to work under any employer
