Hello. How can I get an urgent marriage license, since offices are closed due to covid. My partner is a refugee claimant and we want to married asap. Can I tell them this reason if urgency that he is out of status? Please suggest. Thank you!

I don't think there is any way to get a marriage license right now. Offices are all closed.

They are taking urgent cases only, so I wanted to ask if my reason of urgency will be considered by them; and that’s no status of my fiancé.
