I need your advise in this issue, my job duties aren't matching with the NOC- 1211 which I provided while filing for my ITA. I was working as an Operations Supervisor and I fall in 1211 NOC. However, roles and responsibilities provided to me by my company are matching less than 50% with the NOC. I requested my previous employer to provide me with the updated letter but they refused. Can anyone guide me how to deal with this?
Main duties (This is what my previous employer provided):
• Maintains safety & security of the premises & people during the shift;
• In collaboration with the Station Manager, participate in the development of procedures and working methods;
• Real-time tracking of deliveries by brokers and, if necessary, intervening by finding solutions to meet the company's objectives;
• Ensure the use of safe working methods and behaviors within the team;
• Keeps accurate and through notes in daily log books.
• Develop and maintains sound working relationship with employees and contractors;
• Coaches people supported in completion of morning routine tasks;
• Responds to emergency situation as required;
• Completes daily time in sheets and submits to Station Manager;
• Implements training or action plans when required.
As per NOC 1211, these duties are mentioned:

- Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: word processing; record keeping and filing; operating telephones and switchboards; data entry; desktop publishing; and other activities involving general office and administrative skills
- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Requisition supplies and materials
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
