Hi,

I received an ITA with 440 CRS score but this includes 12 points from Spouse English language ability tests. Moreover, My Spouse's IELTS expired on May 25, 2017 (2 years from the exam date)

Is it fine to accept the invitation received.

Note: Spouse is appearing for re-exam in 2 weeks

Thanks a lot for your patience reading and suggestion in advance.

Hi, if you are able to submit ur documents well before the expiry date of IELTS results and they start working on profile, then it is fine. But since only 2 months are left and I am not sure if you are ready with other documents.
In my opinion, it's wise to wait for your wife IELTS score and update ur profile accordingly.

I really feel sorry for you, though u have the golden letter but not in position.

I will still ask experts comments on ur query.

yes, its good.. as long as you submit the docs before her IELTS expires (or) she takes re-exam and takes equal or more score before you submit your e-APR

not equal or more. the scores should be above 434 with new IELTS. They have 440 right now.
