Hello,

Please I received ITA for the Saskatchewan nomination program on December 1st, the issue is that my cousin's husband has already sent their documentation to his own cousin. and he is refusing to give me the documents claiming it could impact their status in Canada, is there a law that states only one person can be nominated, if yes, how do you think I should proceed?

It will not impact their status but they can’t sponsor multiple family members at one time. ”Close family members can support one application at a time (one household can support one application at a time). If your close family member is already supporting an SINP application, they can’t support your application until the nominee they are supporting has lived and worked in Saskatchewan for six months.”

So if they are supporting another cousin, you can’t use the points until that person has moved to Saskatchewan.

Too bad your cousin didn’t tell you that they were doing this. And this is a first cousin? If you have enough points without using family points then continue with application
