Urgent issue..Can't enter personal id i.e. passport information,

Previously I saved ID/Document in Personal Details section.

Today I was doing final check before submitting my profile.
However I cant see the data now. Now when I want to edit it, the system is not letting me edit and save. But when I am doing completeness check it is showing incomplete due to no id information issued. If I try to click Save and add button it is showing some technical error 'appendGrid' does not initialized. Anyone faced similar issue. Please help.

I cant use report technical issue, because I dont have any UCI number.

I understand why there was technical error...because there were something going on...and that was 60 th draw notification...

I should have completed and submitted my profile yesterday, missed this one
