URGENT INQUIRY KINDLY - Dash and Zero

Good day to all of you,
In the application received by NOC page, it mentions some occupations with 0 zero in front of it and others with - dashes, do you know the difference between both? Did they stop receiving applications in the dash categories or something, I need more information on this and thank you so much.

I think, the applications under NOCs which are under review and didn't finalize any application as complete and eligible, it says 0. And the applications under NOCs which havne't been opened yet or no application is received against that NOC, it says -. But for sure, both NOCs are open unless CIC recieves 1,000 complete and eligible applications. At that stage, CIC will clearly write CLOSED.
