Pls fam, I was told to pay the sum of $498 to the immigration attorney to prepare my express entry authorization and CSQ certificate for my swift transit to Sheraton hotel Quebec , please how true is this, I already have an employment letter from Sheraton .

I wouldn't suggest that you pay that money. Do some research first. Check out Quebec's immigration website and look at their guidelines. Download checklists, set up your online account and try to figure it out. Also, I'm sure there are threads on here with information about this process so visit them and see what has worked for others.
