URGENT INFORMATION NEEDED (SPOUSE SPONSORSHIP)

Hello every one !!
I wanted to ask few questions and i hope you will give sometime to reply :

Firstly, My girlfriend went to Canada few months ago through Canad`s Refugee and Humanitarian Resettlement program.Now we are planning to marry and i am willing to join her there in Canada.So i have some question related to our situation :

Q1. Is it required my GF to work so that she can sponsor me?? and of course she can use the One Year Window Program since she was resettlement by the Canadian government.
Q2. We also want to know how to start and where to start from?
Q3. After we do the official marriage and we prepare all the required documents,do we need to approach the embassy directly or she should first approach the immigration in Canada after she goes back?
Q4.How long will this process take?

Please its urgent if you have time do reply and i will appreciate for your time

Hello there,
you you need the Guide (book). It can be found on CIC website. Just follow the steppes there to get to the appropriate Immigration option - Family class, Spouse and Common Law partners. The guide is comprehensive and will answer all of your questions. Plus it takes 6 seconds to download, so you'll get the info very quick.

Other than that:
first you should be in a common law relationship with your GF before you can even apply, meaning you have to provide proof that you have been living together for more than a year. So if you satisfy this requirement, download the Guide and go from there, all the steppes and requirements, as well as the supporting documentation you need are outlined there. If something is not clear then ask here =))

or u should marry and then prepare all the papers as described in the site bellow, and send everything to immigration Canada, either inland or outland.
