Urgent information Immediate member visit

I need to know that I am a canadian citizen and my mother has a visitors visa (and she is an immediate family member)
She just went back to her home country in July. Can she come back to visit me in September?

Does anyone know the rules for visitors traveling, in less than 6 months gap in their travel?
Does she need any documentation?

As long as she has a valid TRV she can come back to Canada.

Hello, my mother did stay in Canada with me from July 2020 to July 2021 due to the pandemic we applied and got her extension.
She has a valid TRV, she can come back to visit me in this September 2021?
