I want to apply for CEC under NOC Skill but i dont know in which category i should go for? . Please help me you suggestion will guide me.

Functions and Responsibilities:
Resource will be providing L1 monitoring support
This team provides monitoring of batch transmissions for mission-critical sets of data for a major Global entities.
Remote monitoring of windows 2003, 2008
Linux and Unix servers which includes Server Performance, uptime, SQL DB, oracle database monitoring.
Work closely with various teams for early issue closures
Provide necessary information/observations/logs and all required support to L2/L3 team to diagnose a reported/escalated problem
Escalate issues in delivery, infrastructure or data relating to the feeds, subscribers or our infrastructure
Log incidents and requests into a ticketing system, following up and closing where appropriate
Assist with ad-hoc requests for historical data, reports, etc.
Assist customers with inquiries and requests, seeing them through to closure
