Urgent -In WES application should I select Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT" as a recipient.

Hi,

I am to apply for ECA from WES. In the application , the IRCC comes as a default recipient.
Since I am thinking of applying for OINP, should I select Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT
as well as a recipient.

Can I only select IRCC only and still get the NOI and arrange a second copy sent to OINP after the NOI.

What's the procedure I should follow.

I am asking this because, I would not be having a CRS of 400 to apply for OINP now. But if the OINP reduces the CRS score for ICT , then I would stand a chance.

So in case, I get the NOI from OINP, can I arrange a copy from WES ? or do I need to add
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT even to be considered by OINP to issue any NOI.

The OINP guide lines says that WES should be given the authorization to get the ECA by OINP. In the WES application I can only select OINP as a recipient and they charge an additional $37 for that and seem to deliver the ECA to OINP.
Is this required for OINP to consider me for NOI.

I see people talking about a duplicate copy to be sent later. What is this ? Is this something we send after getting the NOI. Does it mean we don't have to include OINP in the very initial WES application.
then what's this granting ECA authorization thing that the OINP guide line talking about ?
I am very confuced.
Hope some one would help me as I need to get the WES ref number today to apply for the transcripts from the universities before the chrismas holidays delay these.

So kindly advice , please.

Hi Ruka,
When you apply for ECA report from WES , IRCC should be chosen as well as send one to yourself. You will not need to choose Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT at this time. If OINP selects you to apply through them for PNP then after reviewing you application they will write you indicating to share your results with them. This has nothing to do with NOI
