My friend has arrived to Toronto today with his family for landing. His COPR has expired a while ago, but this is a mistake as he underwent the medicala in last May, and the visa was issued a couple months ago. When he got his COPR he didn't paid his attention to this fact. The officer took all passports and they are waiting rigth now for resolution until September 4th (then they will have a kind of court hearing). What you would recommend to him? Thanks.
