In application for study permit a person should indicate the final date of studying, my university did not indicate it so i just wrote on my own, very early date,
will it be the problem?

i have applied recently, and wrote the earlier date by mistake

it depends on how early the date you mentioned. if its just a month early then it should not matter. They go by one year or two years study period. but if its a year early then you need to let them know.
