I just received an email with offer of accepting me to attend a certificate in computer science at Laval university..
The offer is conditional, so I would have to attend a preparatory year at Laval university before I can attend the diploma..
Now I am confused a little bit..
At the top of the email, its saying that I can start the immigration procedure, so does it mean that this is an acceptance email that I can use to obtain CAQ and visa?
This is whats written at the top of the email (I translated it from french to english):
This document constitutes an official offer of admission. Please use it to start your dealings with immigration authorities.
So does it mean that this email is considered official acceptance letter?
