I am sure all the instructions are on the message you received from them. If you don't mind sharing what the letter request stated?

You could also send a case specific enquiry and attach a copy of the letter request of your passport.

Thanks guys. I just went to the embassy earlier and submitted my passport with the copy of the letter that they sent me and they accepted it. Thanks Survivor!
