URGENT: How come CRS score is so low with work experience?

I was calculating my CRS score on the website just to have an idea if I'll get an ITA or not.
I see that my score with my spouse is below 300 even though I added her language tests and degree.
How is that possible? How come averag score is in 400s? What am I missing here?
I have a Master's degree from US and 10 years work exp.
