hi, i had hearing on Feb 02 and i obtained my notice of hearing after One week. In my case, my passport was lost and only submitted copies of passport. Same thing, i informed to judge. But in my notice, it says-
“The claimant submitted national identity card as well as his indian passport containing his visa to Canada.”
Because in April, i submitted an application for travel document they are asking for notice of seizure. But i do not have one as i never submitted my passport to IRCC.
What should i do? Could it effect my PR application?
