I have a query, I am currently living in Canada but less than for 1 year. I got my invitation so just want to ask about the proof of funds, Can i show my Indian fixed deposit amount as proof of funds so i need somegthing in Canadian dollar only.

Yes, you can. Nothing to be mentioned in CAD by your bank, IRCC does conversion on their own.
