My situation is:

I got my ITA on Aug9. In that round, my score was 445. Minim score was 433. In my profile, I chose I am married but spouse not accompany. On Aug 10, I got my re-evaluated lauguage score. With the new language score, if I have my spouse with me, my score would be 433.
QUESTION: when I submit my application, can I include those two changes into my documents since it still meets the minimum score in that round?

No. You cannot. Decline ITA and enter the pool again and good luck with next draw.

You cannot modify your profile after receiving ITA.
