See Following:
Listening = 7.5, Corresponding CLB Level = 8, So Points Obtained = 5
Reading =6.0, Corresponding CLB Level = 7, So Points Obtained = 4
Writing =7.0, Corresponding CLB Level = 9, So Points Obtained = 6
Speaking =7.0, Corresponding CLB Level = 9, So Points Obtained = 6

Total Points = 5+4+6+6= 21

I think its better to give Test again , after some practice , try and get 6 in all bands

Most school's requirement is a "6" or "6.5"
