Urgent help with LMIA

Hello to averyone. I have a problem regarding LMIA
I had a negative decision based on 1 of the websites that we advertise the job that required an account and login.

But I couldn't find any information on the service Canada about that being a reason for rejection.

Can I appeal the decision based on there's no onformation about that anywhere? Or what can I do?

I'm not sure because I'm using a representative. Job bank for sure but I'm don't know the other ones .
Any hopes that I can appeal? Or anything ?

Highly unlikely an appeal will be successful.

If you can't tell us where else the job was advertised, then I don't think we can help you.

I don't believe there is an appeal process for LMIA. You would have to reapply.

We advertise in JB bank and 3 different websites which one of them required a login user. It's not fair.

What were those three web sites other than job bank? They may not have met the LMIA advertising requirements.

If you don't even know what those web sites were - how can you say it's unfair?

And When my employer talked with the lady for 45 minutes on the phone she didn't had an answer for my employer. Nothing. Not even trying to check any information on the website or with anyone. The only thing that she keep saying was that "not all the canadians have access to an account" what is not true because is completely free to creat an account.
So according to this information I'm saying that is not fair.

The moment that you start needing an account to gain access, you automatically restrict the audience to those who wish to sign up. There will be a significant percentage of the population that will elect not to do so.

I get that. But they are able to. With the some reasoning people could elect not to check the newspaper or creat an account on the job bank and that doesn't invalid them for advertising.
Maybe I'm being unreasonable because I'm kind of mad but I don't know

When signing up for any website account, you are usually required to provide an email address for "validation". Many people, including my wife, find this to be a great deterrent to account creation. Therefore, it's selective. Not everyone has the knowledge or skills to generate throwaway email addresses in order to prevent spam.

Your employer could ask for a review. You cannot request a review.

Impossible for any of us to say if the review request will be considered or not.
