I went for upfront medical today. They asked me what is purpose I said STUDENT. Then they asked about my wife. I said she is acompanying me but also applying for OWP. Medical Center said that Either she can be a WORKER or STUDENT. Normally we mark dependent spouses as STUDENTS. We dont know your case you tell us. Presently they marked her Student and said ask someone and tell us in a day. I have tell them till tomorrow.
1. Should be status of accompanying wife be WORKER or STUDENT? NOTE: We are applying for Spouse OWP with my Visa application
2. Is it better to apply for OWP once we land or Will it slow our application?
