Urgent Help: Visitor Visa

Hey I need urgent help regarding Canada Visitor Visa for me and mother.
I am Indian Passport Holder currently working in India and my mother is a housewife. My younger sister is in Canada(on study permit) and is having here convocation next month.

We want to visit her. i have couple of questions
1. As my mother is a housewife can I show funds and support her application? I have around 24k CAD (including FDs 12k and 12k liquid in my account) we are planning a 2 week visit
2. What will be the procedure to do so?
3. Should we include my sisters employment details as well?
4. Will it be a group visa or individually?

You are separate applications as you are not dependents of one another.
1. You can but she needs to show her own funds too. IRCC wants to see cash in the bank and $12k is just enough for you. She should be showing at least $10k cash in her own account.
2. You each apply for a TRV.
3. You can but doesn’t add to the application. Each of you need to show funds, ties to return (job letter with approved leave, business registration, income property etc) and travel history
4. Individual.

You will not get a respone in the next month. Processing is probably 4-5 months plus 30 days for passport stamping.

Processing may be shorter especially if done by AI. Those are typically for easy approvals or denials. Still probably an unrealistic timeline.

Can a PR holder sponsor their sibling(for study purposes)?
I read for parents its ok but I am not sure if only for sibling if it permitted.

No such thing as sponsorship but if you mean support their studies then it is possible. Easiest to pay first year tuition and put minimum amount of funds into GIC.
