Urgent!!! Help!!!! unable to download e-certificate of citizenship

Hello, Could anyone tell me what should I do? I took the Video oath ceremony on 2023-11-03, and email the signed oath form on 2023-11-03, but up to today, I still unable to download e-citizenship certificate from IRCC portal, (it always shows: There is issues submitting forms, your e-certificate is not available .... ) I don't know what's wrong with it? I resent the form several times, I also called the IRCC agent and requested a webform last week. they just simply reply that they do not have access to more information about my case status. I email the oath form with the subject: "oath form for XXXXXXXXXX(my file no.), my surname" and I forget the name of the clerk that day registered me, I did not state the clerk initial in my email, I don't know if it is necessary to show the clerk initial? Yes, I resent at Nov. 10 using a different email address, and got an automatic reply of confirmation of receipt shortly. however after 5 business days, I still unable to download e-certificate, and I sent email to enquire about my issues but have no any response.

Thank you Forw Jane, The IRCC agent I called said that she could not see the form I submitted, she can only check my current status, and she said she had sent email to IRCC to enquire, and suggested me to email IRCC to enquire too, however IRCC have no any response to my enquire email.

Attach the oath form to a webform request, that way they cannot say that they did not receive it.

I requested a webform last week, and got the reply: Our agents do not have access to more information about your case status or processing times than you can access online ... also they confirmed that the supporting documents I submitted were added to the file. I don't know if this means I will be able to download e certificate after 5 business days? If still unable to download next week, is there any other way except just waiting?

did it help by raising web form?
how soon you got the certificate after that?

what did you select as apply for option?
if i select citizenship then it asks what type from these options - GRANT, ADOPTION, PROOF, SEARCH, RENUNCIATION
if i select GRANT here then i get error that application no should be no more than 7 characters..
Please suggest.

yes it helped. I got the certificate several days after that. I selected citizenship grant. no any error. you might try again, wish you good luck
