***URGENT HELP*** Schedule A form advice

Hi

I received email from CIC, asking to submit Schedule A form again and mentioned there must be no gaps in work experience. Previously I sent them form as per below dates. Now they emphasis there shouldn't be any gap in dates.

Form sent before:

From To
2015-04 2017-05 Employed
2013-12 2015-04 Employed
2012-07 2013-11 Employed

What they are asking is to fill the gap or years should be overlapping, but in my second job there is not any gap because it was finished on 30th Nov and started next day which is 1st Dec.

Would it make sense if send them below modified dates:

From To
2015-04 2017-05 Employed
2013-12 2015-04 Employed
2013-11 2013-12 Unemployed
2012-07 2013-11 Employer

Any help would be highly appreciated!
