I need your guidance regarding my PR process, I am primary applicant and my spouse is accompanying secondary applicant in my express entry profile, I have received Ppr mail last month, we are in process of mutual divorce.
I have recently informed cic about separation and plan to file divorce petition soon.they asked me to provide details of person whom I want to remove and reason and mail thr same to cpc ottawa.
I want to know, will they remove my spouse on basis of my declaration or will they ask or legal document of divorce proceedings?
In my Country the divorce process will generally takes 6-7 months, will cic ask for divorce decree before resending revised PPR??
