Hi guys,

So I was filing for my bridge work open permit and during the questionnaire I filled the following answers

1) Are you in principle have been invited by CIC for PR ---- > Yes
2) Have you submitted our PR application---> Yes
3) Do you have written job offer ---> yes

My question is I do have a full time job but it is not supported by an LMIA. Does a written job offer is same as Valid job offer. In this case should I have selected "No" for written job offer ?

I had submitted my PR application under express entry already and filed for my bridge work permit. I filed for an open work permit but will the CIC ask for an LMIA as I said yes in the questionnaire ?

I am a little scared here as should I redo the questionnaire and submit a new application ?

Please advise.

For BOWP, it is not compulsory for you to have a job as long as you have been invited for pr in express entry.
LMIA is only required for close work permit applications. You are perfectly fine.
