Hi i have done my landing on 11th june 2017 and have my COPR and i am waiting for PR CARD but i need to travel now to india in couple of weeks ?

What is the process to obtain permission before travelling

You do not need permission before you travel, but you will need PR Travel Document when you return to Canada by air without the PR card. You will need to apply once you are outside Canada at the nearest consulate.
