Urgent help required - M.Sc. Computer Science at University of Windsor

I am from India and now planning to do M.Sc. Computer Science from University of Windsor and looking forward for admission in Jan 2014 session. My academic records are:

10th - 81%
3 year Diploma in Computer Engineering- 80%
B.Tech CSE - 75% (had 1 backlog, now all clear)


Q1) Please guide me that will I be able to get admission in M.Sc. CS @ UoW with above said academic history?

Q2) I will be giving IELTS next month (and probably sure to fulfill the minimum 6.5 band requirement) and will get my IELTS score card by 4-5 October, 2013. Then if I apply for M.Sc CS, approximately how much time university requires to issue offer letter?

Q3) The last date for visa file submission for January,2014 is 1st December, 2013. If I am able to file the complete file before the last date, will the visa be issued in time?

Please guide. I will be highly obliged to get reply from anyone having personal experience related to M.Sc. CS @ UoW.
Any suggestions/guidance related to UoW admission process & visa are most welcome.

Q1) Your profile is very good. Chances are very high.

Q2) I applied for M.engg (M.E) on 16th July and got conformation of admission on 24 Aug. Waiting for offer letter via post. So approx. more than one month for decision. Total 2months to get offer letter in your hand. (I think you also need to find a supervisor for M.Sc. Please check with uni. requirement).

Q3) Sorry to say your are very late for jan14 intake. Because all universities deadline are passed for jan14 intake. You can try for may14. But first appear in IELTS. You can not apply in any uni without it.

1) And, one thing more. I mailed the university asking them about admissions for Jan 2014. They said that I have to apply for the course and then only they can tell anything whether I will get admission in Jan 2014 batch or not. Actually they are not clarifying whether admissions for Jan 2014 are still going on or not.

Anything that you wanna suggest?

2) And, if Jan 2014 batch is missed, I will have to look forward to next September as admission in M.Sc. Comp Sci is only open for September and Jan batch.

Also the deadline for M.Sc. CS is
Deadline for Winter: November 1

as stated on their website.

So, If i apply for offer letter atmost by 10th october. Will I be able to receive offer letter by maximum of 10-15 november?

1) It is not possible to get admission for jan14 intake coz application are closed for this session.

2) You can apply for may14 if its available but first appear in ielts. For May intake u need to apply before Oct. Check university website for deadlines.
