Hi All,
I now have the positive LMO and have completed the work permit application online. However, I have a couple of questions (that I wasn't sure how to answer on my work permit application)
1) Have you received approval of your PR in principal ?
I am assuming that they want to know about Initial Assessment - I said "Yes"
2) Have I done medical exams and do I have a receipt
Again... yes
3) Do I have any serious mental/health issues.
I said "No" but I have been taking 1 tab prozac everyday for treatment of OCD diagnosed back in 2007. My condition is absolutely normal and my daily activities are not at all affected by it. So, I am not quite sure if this does come under serious mental/health issues.
I am wondering if my answers are correct.
Moreover, In the end of the application, it prompts me to upload only the copy of my passport and a copy of my receipt of my immigration medical exam. Nothing about a positive LMO or a copy of the old/current work permit is stated. I am wondering if there's something wrong that I am doing with my application.
If not then how would they know that I have a positive LMO. Do I need to send them these docs by mail (using the online reference number that I got from my MyCIC account)
Please reply at your earliest possible discretion as my work permit expires this sunday !!!
