you dont need any reference letter proof of marriage from someone. u need nikkah nama ( in english) plus wedding pics , pics with extended family( on back of pic explain how they r related to u ) and honey moon pic or any other outing pics , ph bills money transfer gifts etc but not reference letters

Mine s arrange marriage last year my inlaws sent me invitation for visit visa but unfortunately it was refused. This year i applied 4 study visa but i got refused. I did mention in my application about my marriage. In visit visa they gave reason of refusal as"w r not satisfied with ur ties in canada and in ur country of residence" and this time they put the same reason on my study visa plus "w r not satisfied about ur purpose of visit" does this all affect my spouse visa application.

Stop panicking and relax.

Let the PR case be processed, you will get the visa in due time.

Since your intention is permanent, it is very difficult to get a temporary (study, visit) visa from CHC Islamabad, unless you got millions in the bank.
As an alternate, pick a country where you and your spouse can visit easily, such as Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Dubai, etc to spend time together, or she comes visits and stays with you in Pakistan.

Stop wasting money on applying for visas at CHC, spend it elsewhere where you both are together.
And send only what's been asked in the document checklists.

My wife stayed here with me for 7 months and moved back as she had to take her mba classes. I did show 50 million rupees as assets in my study visa they were satisfied about my financial condition but they put the objection w r not satisfied about "ur purpose of visit and family ties"

if you are married to canadian girl and apply for visit visa instead of immigration then 90% chances you wont get visa. and you already tried for visit visa and after rejection you tried for student visa that show that your intension is to be in canadia either on visit visa or student visa that's why you got refusal...instead of applying for all these if at that point of time you had applied for immigration til now your case will be at ending stage

U r right but i was not married at that time. I got married before applying for study visa. My intention was to avoid long processing time of spouse immigration and at the same time to get canadian education. This would have helped me to settle in canada quickly. Now i m worried does these two rejections create any problem now. I m attaching wedding snaps emails phone bills 4 three years

The refusal of temporary visas will not have any negative effect on your PR case processing.

It will not cause any issues. So no worries.

Only thing now is, to keep proof of communication with your wife, such as emails, online chat history, skype logs, gift receipts, etc.

In the meantime, what you can do is to send your degrees/educational docs to have them assessed according to Canadian standards, and obtain equivalency. It takes time so might start it now so by the time you arrive in Canada, you can skip it.

For example, govt and many other jobs in Canada require equivalency of foreign degrees/credentials.....so having it done is always a plus point.
It will also help in securing admission into Canadian universities for further studies.

If i send original degrees to chc i will not b able to proceed for equivalance status from canada bcoz my originals ll b with chc. Secondly should i attach visa refusal letters with my spouse visa application
