I have been asked to submit IMM 5669 Schedule A as additional documents for background verification as they have identified a gap in information. However while the gap identified by them belongs to my husband's record, the request for info letter states my UCI# (as I am the primary applicant). So confused on whether I should provide them my details or my husband's.
Also, do we need to include travel details (both minor and major) as part of personal history. Any help would be appreciated.
