URGENT Help request: AVR with Visa appointment pending in Feb2023

Hi All, I am a permanent resident of Canada residing in US. I submitted DS-160 this week but did not receive dropbox. I plan to travel to Canada to accumulate residency days next week. Can I still use AVR to enter USA?

its unfortunate i didn't get dropbox. what did you enter as country of permanent residence in appointment questionnaire?

i think if its same visa type or if you got earlier stamping in Canada then dropbox

I already have h1b stamp from india and applied for renewal in Canada
