Urgent help regarding wages under AINP Employer driven skilled job

Hi friends,
i need urgent help as i am about to apply for AINP under Employer driven international graduate stream as medical office assistant (noc 1243). i match all the criteria like job duties, full time, permanent, my employer is completely supporting me. the only problem is my wages. its 14$ but as per the website on ainp noc 1243 minimum wages are 18$. i am so tensed about this. i dont understand if i should apply or not for ainp?? please help if wages matter when you company is a big corporate clinic. can they reject my file just for wages when everything else is good.

Hi,

yes wage matter when applying for AINP not the size of the company,specially that you are way below the minimum wage there is a $4 difference.
honestly with your current wage your application for nomination will be denied,specially from alberta they are really picky when it comes to this.
your best option now is to talk to your employer to give you raise or find a new employer willing to pay as per the alberta wages of the specific job in the specific region because honestly you are making a very low wage for your occupation in alberta.

Thank you for reply canadavisa13. i checked the wages on alis website that is mentioned on ainp page and then they further asked to compare on other websites. on the other websites the wages vary somewhere between 13 to 25. even the similar jobs online offer such wages. so what would u say? is it there website they gonna refer? plz reply
