Urgent Help Regarding Kids Passport

Hi,

We are ready with all the necessary docs and the only pending item is our kids passport which we have applied and have not received yet

can anyone suggest is it ok if we send the passport details of our kid at a later stage or is it mandate that we should send the details along wd ours
