I am planning to send my PP for stamping, I read about the requirements but there are so much information on VAC's website which may not applicable for my case of just PP request by CIC,
Could you please confirm below information and my next steps below:
Planning to submit passport to Los Angeles Visa Office:
Package1:

P.O. Box 841908 (CSRA Consular Services Inc)
Dallas, TX 75284-9557
Content: Money order of $31.40 directed to CSRA Consular Services Inc
Package2:
To:
Canadian Visa Application Centre – Los Angeles
2120 E Grand Avenue Suite 108A
El Segundo
CA, 90245
U.S.A.
Content:
1. Passport request letter received from CIC,
2. Original passports
3. Copy of VAC money order of $34.10
4. Contact Information, Including contact number and return address
5. Signed VAC Consent form
6. Prepaid return envelope.
Kindly let me know in case I am missing anything here.
