My friend wants to apply for immigration.He has completed his education in DEC (got the result in jan and applied for work permit in feb)and is now on post grad work permit from last 2 months.He is not able to get job until now.Can he apply under FSw2 now.In which category ,he will apply now,As a international student or foreign worker.

Is there any rule for immediate applying

FSW2 at least one year as a student. No rules.
